Testing surfaces for giving agents orders
We are testing buttons, dials and voice commands as simple ways to give an agent orders. We are learning which surfaces feel natural in a real operation and which do not yet.

The action log of every agent
We are designing the log where every agent leaves a record of what it did, so a person can review it at any time. Without a log there is no human review: it is the foundation of everything we build.
