Testing surfaces for giving agents orders
We are testing buttons, dials and voice commands as simple ways to give an agent orders. We are learning which surfaces feel natural in a real operation and which do not yet.
An agent that can only be operated from a screen is still hard to use on a workshop floor or in an office. That is why we are exploring physical surfaces: a button, a dial, the voice. The question guiding us is simple: does the same order feel just as natural on any surface?
