The action log of every agent
We are designing the log where every agent leaves a record of what it did, so a person can review it at any time. Without a log there is no human review: it is the foundation of everything we build.
Every action of an agent should be explainable. We are designing a simple, readable log: what was done, when and why. The idea is that any person on the team can open it and understand the operation without depending on anyone else.
